Jos Buttler | Match Hero: We got a really good score. Our boys bowled exceptionally well there, bowled fast and made it look tricky. So, ended up having a great score on that wicket. [On his batting] I felt good. I've felt good for a while now. So, nice to get off the mark off your first ball. And, yeah, I think even though it's 100 balls, there's little periods in the game where you need to manage five or ten balls, start a new partnership with someone. So, I thought we did that well throughout the innings. And, yeah, I was glad to bat most of the innings and post a good score. [On Tom Moores's knock] Absolutely crucial. Standing up and he said, "I want to take the spinners down. I've got the short boundary with the wind here." So, that commitment and clarity, and then obviously the execution to go and do it, is fantastic. [On MSG's fast bowlers] Those guys are bowling fast, they're bowling accurate, they're executing really well. Of course, batting, bowling, and in the field, it's as clinical a performance as I've been a part of. Good start, and it's a quick competition, so you need to start well and build the confidence early. It's nice to win a home game here, and obviously a big local derby next up against the guys at Leeds, and then back here again. So, good momentum. We need to keep working hard to keep doing those things.

17:42 Local Time, 16:42 GMT, 22:12 IST: Two wins out of two and it wouldn't be wrong to say that the Manchester Super Giants have set the marker at the start of the tournament. The batting has quality, power and ruthlessness and their bowling has skills. On pitches with bounce and pace, this is a high quality bowling attack and they were simply too good for the Birmingham Phoenix on the day. Chasing 188 was always going to be tough, but the Phoenix never got a start. The top-order was blown away by pace and the hard-hitting middle-order batters found life extremely uneasy. Donovan Ferreira struggled during his scratchy knock of 23 while Joe Clarke looked rusty during his innings of 20. Gus Atkinson, Sonny Baker and Josh Tongue enjoyed the conditions to the hilt while the spin twin of Noor Ahmad and Liam Dawson bowled with barely any pressure on them. The Super Giants join the Welsh Fire at the top of the table with 8 points while the Phoenix slide down to 5th following today's heavy defeat. Stay tuned for the presentations..
