Ben Duckett | Match Hero: I think we adjusted really well. I think Aneurin Donald played extremely well in the power play. Took a lot of pressure off me and got us off to a great start. So, yeah, delighted with that win. It was a great team effort. (You're in a really good run of form. What's the secret?) I don't know. It was sweeping today. I was struggling to play straight. So I knew there was going to be spin through the middle, and I was trying to trust my game that I would be able to catch up. On another day, that maybe doesn't happen. But, yeah, thankfully today it did. (Really on a hot run at the moment?) Yeah, going really well, you know. We're just trying to keep doing the basics really well and the things that have worked well for us. Obviously, two wins at home, which is important in front of this crowd. So, yeah, hopefully keep doing the same things.

Earlier in the evening, the Leeds bowlers had done an excellent job of keeping the Rockets in check, setting up what looked like a manageable chase. The reply began on a shaky note as Ryan Rickelton was dismissed for a duck, but Mitchell Marsh and Zak Crawley rebuilt the innings with a vital partnership that steadied the chase. Crawley chipped in with a brisk cameo before Harry Brook joined Marsh to maintain the momentum, with the duo ensuring the required rate never spiraled out of control. Just when the Sunrisers appeared to be in command, Mohammad Amir produced a game-changing spell. He removed both well-set batters, Brook and Marsh, in quick succession, shifting the momentum back in Trent Rockets' favour. Those twin strikes proved decisive, as the Rockets held their nerve in the closing stages to complete a close win.
