Shadley van Schalkwyk to Kirk McKenzie, out Caught by Johann Jeremiah!! Schalkwyk strikes in his first over. That's a very soft dismissal. On a length around off, McKenzie plays a checked drive, and chips it straight to the fielder at cover. The conditions here are different to Jamaica, and McKenzie has failed to adapt today. A safe catch taken by Jeremiah and the Kingsmen have lost an early wicket. Looks like a two-paced wicket. Kirk McKenzie c Johann Jeremiah b Shadley van Schalkwyk 1(2)

Right then, the players are gathered in a huddle as Roston Chase gives his team a pep talk as they disperse. Shadley van Schalkwyk to bowl the first over. Here we go!
Keemo Paul: [How do you feel?] It's a good feeling to perform and contribute to the team, that's something I want to do. I want to stay consistent, it's all about game by game for me. [On his performance in the last match] I have been around for a while, this is my 10th season, so I want to contribute. I want to perform wherever I go. Obviously, I'm back in the WI setup and coming here now, it's a good feeling, new franchise. I'm happy to be here, and I just want to stay performing and stay on the park. [How exciting is it to be in that powerful lineup?] Definitely. It's very, very good to be amongst these guys. I mean, Russel especially, he's a legend of the game. I haven't played with him much, so to be in the same dressing room, to see what he does and stuff, I just try to take as much tips as possible. Rovman, the same thing. Excellent captain, really, really cool guy. It's a pleasure to be amongst this team and with this franchise. [Two excellent performances, the last two. What happened between game three and game four?] Well, yes, like you said, we didn't start our best, but the mood in the dressing room and the backroom staff, or coaching staff, has been wonderful. They back us 100%, and we just wanted to go out there and win for the fans especially, and for them also. The support back home in Jamaica was crazy, so we wanted to win. So I think our heads didn't drop, and we knew that we were going to click. And now that we've won two games, we have to stay consistent and keep doing the basics.
Pitch report [Ian Bishop]: Talking about the dimensions, to my right, it's slightly bigger square, 64 meters; to my left, 61 meters, and 73 down the ground. So be careful hitting to the big side into that wind. The surface itself is one that we've used on or played on before, with the Warriors play the Kings a couple of days ago here. So it looks a little drier. There are some scuff marks, but I still think it looks a good surface for the Kingsmen coming to this ground after being at Sabina Park for quite a few games. They have to adjust to what is extra pace and extra bounce, about two kilometers quicker in terms of pace and about 15 centimeters extra here in terms of bounce. So that is the acclimatization that has to take place here. Other than that, it looks a decent enough surface. I don't know if it might just hold here a little bit as the game goes through the evening. Hopefully, though, no rain tonight and we are in for another fantastic contest.
Rovman Powell: [How do you feel?] No, I think it's an opportunity for us to bat them out the game. You know, once we put a really good score on the board and then we use the breeze factor as a bowling advantage for us. [How do you keep the winning momentum going on?] I think it's just a case of us being in a good frame of mind. And as you said, the last few games have been good. That's confidence for us coming on the road. So it's for us to keep on improving also. If as individuals we can improve five, ten percent and collectively we try to put it together as a team. [How do you acclimate yourself and your team to this?] I think it's something that you have to get used to. It's a good batting track, but as you say, the bounce is a little bit different from around the Caribbean. So it's something you have to get used to. That means the first five or six balls become very important as a batter here. [Any changes to your team?] Yeah, we have one change, Reeza Hendricks is home, Saim Ayub comes in.
Roston Chase: We're going to bowl. We want to obviously try to restrict them for a low total and then chase them. [What are you hoping to see an improvement in from your team today?] It's mainly the power play bowling. We need to see an improvement in that. I find that once we restrict teams in the power play, that's when we play our best cricket. So if we can do that tonight, that'll be outstanding. And also the last five overs, I think that we've been in good positions to set good totals or to chase a total, and then in the last five we always never really get what we are looking for. So those are the two main areas and the catching as well. [Any team changes?] Yeah, we have three changes. One is unfortunate, Auguste fell sick last night, so he's unavailable to play. Nedd is also out, and Gous left. So Tim Seifert comes in, Pienaar comes in, and John Campbell comes in.
